Forsyth County Procurement Department is the only official release site for these invitations or any Addenda that may be issued for our invitations. Please review the information below for a list of current Bids, Proposals and Quotes that are being accepted.

After you have filled out all of the fields on the next page, click “Submit” and the solicitation packet link will show available for you to open and print out. For documents with a fee associated, click on the “Request for Bid Package”link on the right-hand side of the page for instructions on how to obtain them.
It is the ultimate responsibility of the bidder/proposer/quoter (“bidders”) to ensure that they have read all solicitation documents and have received and read all applicable Addenda prior to Bid/Proposal/Quote submission. Addenda can be viewed by clicking on the solicitation number and then clicking on the “Addenda” link located on the right-hand side of the page. Forsyth County takes reasonable steps to ensure that known prospective bidders have all applicable Addenda, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you do, before you submit a bid/proposal/quote.

Forsyth County does not allow the employment of unauthorized aliens to perform work on County contracts. Each contractor must provide evidence on County-provided forms that it and its subcontractors and sub-subcontractors have registered for and are participating in the federal work authorization program as defined by O.C.G.A. 13-10-90(2) to verify information of all new employees. Contractors and subcontractors must keep all documents and records of its compliance for a period of three (3) years following contract completion. Forsyth County Procurement Department is authorized to conduct random audits of contractor, subcontractor or sub-subcontractor compliance.
