INVITATION TO BID
BID NO. 22-022-1620
The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., Thursday,
March 31, 2022 for the following:
All materials, equipment, and labor for the removal, disposal, and
replacement of nine (9) Trane (no substitution allowed) HVAC Rooftop
Units at Central Park Recreation Center, 2300 Keith Bridge Road,
Cumming GA 30040.
Contractor is responsible for site visit. Pictures are on our website as

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure examination of the bid
documents and site and to submit any questions / requests for clarification
as directed within the Bid Documents.
The envelopes containing the Bids must be sealed, addressed to Board of Commissioners of
Forsyth County, GA, delivered to the Forsyth County Purchasing Department, 514 West Maple
Street, Suite 104, Cumming, GA 30040, and designated as Bid No. 22-022-1620 in the lower lefthand
corner. No bids will be accepted after 2:00 p.m., March 31, 2022.
Copies of the bidding documents may be downloaded for no cost at www.forsythco.com.
Instructions on how to obtain the bid documents are located at the top of the “Bids & Results”
page. If a hard copy is desired from the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West
Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, GA 30040, Ph. 770-888-8872, there is a non-refundable fee
of $10.00 (cash or check to Forsyth County only).
No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof.
Award of bid will be made at a later date. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject
any or all bids. Bidders and the general public are invited to view the bid opening at 2:30 p.m.,
Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West Maple
Street, Suite 104, Cumming, Georgia.
